Higher protection & fertility rates for bovine cryopreserved sperm
Botubov’s formula contains innovative substances to protect bovine, buffaloes, and small ruminants’ sperm integrity from cryo-damages during the cooling and freezing process.
Researchers described higher Fixed-Time Artificial Insemination results for bull sperm cryopreserved in Botubov compared to other extenders. Furthermore, it can be used in FTAI programs with cooled semen.
Scientific studies indicated:
• Sperm samples extended in Botubov showed higher in vitro quality parameters (motility, viability, and sperm membrane integrity) during refrigeration at 5oC (41°F) for up to 48 hours, being used as an alternative in AI and FTAI programs for buffaloes.

Storage and stability
Store it frozen at -20ºC (-4°F). After thawing, keep it refrigerated at 5ºC (41°F) for up to 2 days.
