Casein Transport of equine semen
Its formula enables the safe transport of sperm until the moment of insemination or during the centrifugation process for semen freezing.
How to prepare
Volume of 100 mL
Add the entire content of the envelope to the bottle containing 100 mL of distilled water. Shake well. Place the bottle in a water bath at 98.6 °F (37°C) for 30 minutes. After this period, shake it again until complete homogenization.
Volume of 200 mL
Add the entire content of the envelope to the bottle containing 200 mL of distilled water. Shake well. Place the bottle in a water bath at 98.6 °F (37°C) for 30 minutes. After this period, shake it again until complete homogenization.
How to Use
BotuSemen KZ is indicated for the transportation and insemination of fresh and refrigerated semen.
During semen freezing, BotuSemen KZ is indicated for the centrifugation process using a 1:1 ratio (diluent: semen). For the transportation of refrigerated semen, use a dilution rate of 25 to 50 million sperm per mL, always respecting the minimum dilution of 2:1 (diluent: semen) (v/v).
For better results in the transportation of refrigerated semen, use BotuFlex.
Storage
Keep in a dry place, protected from light and heat. Do not exceed the temperature of 86° F (30°C). After mixing the product, store it between 35.6 and 46.4°F (2° and 8°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
