Indicated for holding and transportation of oocytes. Formulated to provide oocytes a sustainable and healthy environment before in vitromaturation.
How to Use
After selection, transfer the oocytes into a Petri dish containing BotuOocyte holding medium. Wash the oocytes gently by moving it through multiple drops of BotuOocyte to get rid of debris.
For transportation, keep oocytes in the product between 64.4°F – 71.6°F (18°C – 22°C) until 24 hours.
Constituents
Essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, glucose, antioxidants and HEPES buffer.
Transport
41° to 86°F (5° to 30°C).
Storage
Store in original package between 41° to 86°F 5° to 30°C). Do not freeze the product and do not expose to temperatures above 102.2°F (39°C).
