Observe the shape of the oocyte\/embryo and memorize it. Turn off the light, and wait for more than 3 min.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  jalign\"\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"wpb_wrapper\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3.- After 3 min, compare the shape of the oocyte\/embryo to the one memorized.
